Everyday I count myself  blessed to still have my husband by my side. In February 2021 his heart ruptured but with the skills of the medical team who cared for him and the research done by BHF that guided them, they saved his life (grit determination of my husband probably helped too!).  Our children and I are so so lucky that we are running for our husband and dad, and not in the memory of him. So we are running to help BHF fund more research to hopefully help more and more families be as lucky as we are. Any support big or small is gratefully received.
