Somehow I thought doing a Hyrox would be a great way of marking a huge  milestone in my mental health.  Things could have been very different for my family and friends a year ago and I am so, so grateful to have reached out and all the support from people along the way has been immense.  It might take me 7 hours to complete the event but I’ll give it my all. 😅💪
