My friend Jo's Mum has battled with pancreatic cancer for years. She has managed to beat the odds by continuing to fight it off.

Pancreatic cancer has the lowest survival rate of almost any cancer, and this has changed very little in the past 40 years. The funding will go to support their research into understanding the causes of the disease.
