Story

Thanks for visiting Our Lady of Lourdes School's page!

This year, a number of children from Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School and the Executive Headteacher will be fundraising for the Catholic Children's Society (CCS).

On Saturday 1st October, the children will take part in the Mini London Marathon 22, and on Sunday 2nd October, Miss Costa will run the London Marathon.

On Saturday, the children will have the amazing chance to cross the world-famous Finish Line on The Mall and each child that completes the course will receive their very own TCS Mini London Marathon Medal. The parents and carers would be grateful for any donations to help support CCS.

We have seen first-hand the excellent work CCS does across London, supporting some of the most vulnerable children and families. It is a fantastic charity open to all who need help. Through their mental health services, family centres and Crisis Fund, they help disadvantaged children and families overcome the challenges they face and have hope of a brighter future. To find out more please visit https://www.cathchild.org.uk/. We would be so grateful if you could support CCS by giving a donation to bring hope and change to these children and families. Thank you!
