This December, to support World Aids Day, i will be joining many of my colleagues in racing to the top of Barclays HQ. That's 30 floors of glistening Skycraper sexiness and a total of 722 stairs!

I'm doing this to raise money for Positive East, a HIV charity based in Tower Hamlets that provides much needed advice, support and counselling to individuals living with HIV and their friends and families.

A subject close to my heart, i came too close to losing a very dear friend of mine due to the stigma and impact HIV can have and therefore ask you give as much as you can to support this amazing charity.
