Aged 32, I have suffered a cancer scare, had a double blood clot and had major stomach issues. During these times it was very eye opening, I realised I wanted to be committed and do more to help others less fortunate. I am a lucky one so time to repay the faith!

In 2014 with help from my friends I raised a total of £3,620 for prostate cancer UK, £215 for Sheffield children’s hospital and collected 603 food items for foodbank.

Aged 47, I am a father of 4 kids and husband to the amazing Caroline. I am the Managing Director of a communications company based in Berkshire. I love Golf and I am also a  passionate QPR fan.

I am committed to this cause as two of my family members have had recent battles with prostate cancer, but fortunately managed to beat the disease. We need to do more to research and develop new technologies to prevent the rise in new cases.

This year we want to go the extra mile and raise between 5-10k. A good friend who is on the prostate ice team, lost his father in law to this horrible disease. Its time to shine!
