Here at Baltic, we’re committed to changing futures. Not just the futures of our apprentices and staff, but also the futures of those who live in the communities that we work within.

We know how important it is to give back, so we’re excited to announce that our partner charity for 2019 is the North East charity Changing Lives.

Chosen by the staff council, the charity does work that is close to the hearts of many of our team members. Every year, Changing Lives helps over 17,500 people change their lives for the better.

They work with people across the North East, North West and
Midlands who are in crisis or who need support to overcome serious challenges that can limit their opportunities.

This includes support for those affected by homelessness, domestic violence, addictions, long term unemployment and more.

The Baltic team are eager to support this worthwhile and life-changing work in any way we can. We have a number of fundraising events planned for the next 12 months.
