Story

Please support Ballymachugh GAA & LGFA as we run 4 Pieta.

Ballymachugh GAA, LGFA & wider community will run/walk/cycle for 48 hours within HSE-Covid19 guidelines.

Our 48 hour challenge will kick off @7.30pm on Friday 15th May and finishing @7.30pm on Sunday 17th May.

The aim is to cover as many KMs as we can in the 48 hour period, so

We are welcoming and encouraging the family and friends of all club members to join us.

The need for Pietas lifesaving services is greater than ever as COVID-19 impacts not only on the nation's physical health but its mental health too. As people find themselves worried, anxious, under strain, financially impacted and in many cases isolated and alone.

 How it works:

Starting on Friday evening Run, Walk or Cycle your preferred distance. Track your progress on your smartphone app . Screenshot the distance covered and upload it to instagram, facebook or whichever socialmedia platform you use with the hashtags #run4pieta & #BMHrun4pieta.
