It is clear that the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting everyone. Self-isolation and social distancing are having a huge impact on mental health globally. These scary and unpredictable times are leaving many people feeling stressed, sad, lonely and anxious.
During this time it is important to support and manage the well-being of ourselves and others. This page has been set up to help you do this through baking and then donating to Mind, an amazing charity which provides advice and support to anyone experience mental health issues.
You may bake all the time, you may have never baked before - well not to worry because this is for everyone! Baking has been proven to release stress and anxiety, boost your confidence and bring positivity. So grab your aprons and get creative. Bake for your family, partner or a neighbour. Just remember to bake, donate £5 to Mind Charity and then nominate 5 more people do to the same.
