Thanks to everyone for looking at this page and hopefully donating. If you came here by a direct link, there is , if you like that sort of thing, a Facebook group documenting Dave and I's training journey (yes i went there!) This group will be a combination of blog to catalogue Dave and I's progress or lack thereof as we head towards the Great North Run, and a repository of Vulture/Running/Music related memes of varying poor quality. Who knows, if you're lucky you might even witness live footage of an overweight middle aged man meeting an untimely death due to overexertion and lack of preparedness!

It will also consist of us hassling you to donate to our Justgiving page as we try to raise £1000 for Mind, which is a charity that is close to both our hearts (and heads). (Frankly though, if you've got this far and haven't donated, what's wrong with you?)
