On the morning of December 30th members of our senior and youth teams will be climbing Pen-Y-Fan and then having a dip in the stream/pond at the bottom, to help raise money for Mind Cwm Taf Morgannwg. The past few years a few of us have lost friends due to mental health and we want to raise money to help prevent this happening again in the future.
