Story
Bailey & Gracie-lilly would like to say thank you to everyone that has supported them. They both had a fantastic time. Gracie-lilly said it was the hardest thing she has ever done.
Bailey and Gracie-Lilly are carer's for their brother, Connor has Noonan syndrome, ASC and ADHD.
Cheshire young carers have been fantastic, the kids have been on many trips and they have even been camping. Both children wanted to do something for Cheshire young carer. We thought that kids mud was perfect as Gracie-Lilly loves getting messy and Bailey is very sporty.
At Cheshire Young Carers, we pride ourselves on delivering respite to young carers – giving a special group of young people a break from their often daily stresses and responsibilities. Children as young as 6 have caring roles, and their home environment can have a significant impact upon their life chances. That’s where Cheshire Young Carers comes in. We deliver support through group activities, day trips, residential breaks, and support education staff to help to identify, support and improve the educational outcomes for young carers.
