Story

Imperial Leisure's annual charity bash is back, raising money for those in need. This time it's the NHS.  BAD SKANTA is series of short impromptu performances on the streets in random locations across the country. The band perform 4 songs in each location and then have a collection for charity at the end.

Last year they raised just under £1000 for CALM and The Louise Hamilton Trust. This years charity is The Southmead Hospital Charity. It's thanks to those clever Doctors and Nurses at Southmead Hospital that we still have our front man Denis around - without their swift action to diagnose and treat his cancer, who knows what state he would be in now.

Southmead Hospital Charity raises money to support the work of Southmead Hospital, Cossham Hospital and community health services in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

Working alongside staff and patients, they fund raise for projects that are beyond the remit of the NHS but have a huge impact on the lives of patients.
