On the 25th June this will be my 5th Moel Siabod Sportif which is a 106 mile course over 9000ft ascent around Snowdonia!!!

Ironically the official date is the 2nd July but as I am double booked I will be completing this challenge a week early with a smaller crew.

I didn't want this fantastic charity to miss out on my annual contribution from my amazing and much appreciated network and whilst it's been another tough year I hope you can donate anything you can afford.

As an ex pro rugby player not only am I not built for cycling but also carry an endless list of old rugby injuries! As such getting around this course is a tough ask even though I have had my best training run up!

The money we raise transfers x 10 in Nepal and is responsible for providing, school and medical buildings alongside nurses that help provide some of the basic medical provisions that we take for granted yet are so greatly appreciated.
