RedR is the chosen charity for 2017 for BACA - The Air Charter Association, of which I am Chairman.

The charity saves thousands of lives and improves the lives of many, many more each year, with the fantastic training they provide to aid workers worldwide.

Those of you that have known me for some time will be aware that slender has never been my middle name. However, being BACA Chairman has taken its toll on the waistline and so this is my opportunity to force back the tide, whilst supporting a fantastic cause at the same time! 

The event involves a 50km trek up a load of steep hills, so a stiff task.
