Zoe Bartlett was born on 18th August 2016. Her heart was not beating but her spirit roared loudly. 

West London Sands showed us incredible care, compassion and support in the hardest moments of our life. 

Every gesture, from hand knitted teddy bears to a dedicated suite at the hospital for bereaved parents, made our journey that much more bearable. 

West London Sands is a small charity that is run by volunteers who have experienced a similar loss. 

The money raised in Zoe's name will go towards this small branch of the Sands charity and the people that supported us.
