Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I would be doing a 10km walk to raise funds on behalf of the Iyanuoluwa Carew Foundation and Trust for Haven House Children's Hospice. My late wife Iyanuoluwa was diagnosed of cancer of the lungs and eventually passed away in September 2008. Shortly, it would be 3 years since she passed away. During the course of her treatment, she was admitted in the Greenwich and Bexley Cottage Hospice and even after she was discharged from the hospice, the nurses in the hospice kept visiting her to make sure she was comfortable. ICFAT was set up in her memory and we would be doing this walk in appreciation of the good work and the assistance of Hospices to Iyanuoluwa and many others and for the good work Hospices are doing to ensure that the last few days of people's lives are comfortable.
