Story
As most of you know I lost my brother last year and my mum my the year before that. When my brother had his accident the East Anglian Air Ambulance was at the scene they helped him get the treatment he needed before he was taken to hospital. He then passed away when he got home. After raising money in the London Marathon 2021 for St Nicholas Hospice who cared for my mum I had planned after that to sign off as my poor injury prone body can’t take it! I didn’t think I would be doing it again in memory of my brother. In April I plan to be dressed as the Air Ambulance! And trying trying to break the Guinness World Record for the fastest male dressed as a aircraft! I hope you can help me with a small amount to help this charity who responded to Simon it would be very much appreciated. Thank you xx
East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a 365-day-a-year helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk. We exist to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air to seriously ill or injured people in the region. We do not receive regular direct government funding and the £17 million we need to raise this year comes directly from charitable donations. We are only kept airborne thanks to our incredible supporters. Thank you.
