Story

Claire tragically passed away on March 9th 2013, just five months after her dream wedding to Andy, as a result of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS).

At least 18 apparently ‘fit and healthy’ people under 35 die from a previously undiagnosed heart condition each week in the UK. Therefore, as a legacy to Claire, we want to raise awareness of SADS and fundraise for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) so that enough funds are raised to be able to hold more mobile CRY screening units to screen young people between the ages of 14 and 35.

Every year the J.P. Morgan Asset Management yacht race round the Isle of Wight takes place. This year, on 27th June, with Claire's family's support, we are entering in her memory for a second time.
