Story

I am travelling to Bangladesh to actively participate in some of the humanitarian work that Muslim charity do in Bangladesh. Our focus will be on the Children of the worlds project- helping the children of Bangladesh. This project is Zakat eligible- please mention zakat when donating. Highlights of our trip: Maintaining a new pre-primary school in Sylhet Visiting and supporting the children in the Rohingya camps Refurbishing a school in Bardaban Supporting and helping children in the 4th biggest brothel in the world Please have a read of our itinerary and donate generously (please note- no donations go towards our flight tickets and boarding): Sylhet Sylhet is home to thousands of people that live in slums. Often they are day labourers or people with meagre incomes. Their children are either assimilated into helping the family earn money and therefore struggle to go to mainstream school. Muslim Charity, with our help, will be starting a new school to support this.
