Story

*we have a matched offer available today - anything you give will be doubled!*

The Azara summer programme will be the first ever coed yeshiva programme in Europe's 2,000 year Jewish history. It was born from two grassroots programmes: Open Talmud Project and the Pop-Up Beit Midrash. I went to my first OTP in 2018 and was blown away by the depth of learning in such an engaging and supportive environment. I went back in 2019 and was invited to teach a slot in 2020, another incredible experience where I was able to put to use the skills and confidence I had picked up in the previous two summers.

Azara is making Torah and Talmud more accessible and empowering the average Jew to engage with our history and our present through the texts that connect them. It has the power to reshape British Jewry and transform the community into one that can keep the teachings of our past relevant to the questions of today.
