Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I wrote Amazon Order History Reporter as an experiment but now it's become useful and somewhat popular, I need a motivation to keep maintaining it.
Donating to Princess Alice Hospice through this site should provide that motivation. PAH is an amazing group of people providing end of life care and supporting the families of the terminally ill.
My sister Rachel passed away at PAH in November 2018 after a long fight with cancer. I cannot praise the work they are doing enough.
Please consider making a donation instead of rewarding me for adding features and fixing bugs.
This direct donation route does NOT subscribe you to the small, commercially oriented premium/preview feature set. Follow this link to understand how to subscribe: https://github.com/philipmulcahy/azad#i-subscribed-but-i-am-not-getting-premium-features (subscription revenue is also forwarded to Princess Alice Hospice through this same campaign).
Donating through JustGiving is simple and fast. JustGiving promise never to sell your details on or send unwanted emails. They make my life much simpler (not having to come in contact with other people's money, or count it), and save time and costs for the charity. If there were a clean way to get subscription payments routed through them, I'd do that too (and save myself the complexities of forwarding the revenue).
JustGiving might well ask you for a tip, as they are operating for profit, but they seem not to always charge a mandatory fee to PAH any more. I reckon that the sometimes default tip of 15% is too greedy for what they're doing for us - please do not feel guilty for dialling it down! Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.
The tool has over 40 thousand users - if every one of them gave just $1 / £1 / 1€, we'd smash the 10k target.
Thanks for reading this far!
