The hospital is there for me and my family. I was born early and my mum says she and I were given the gentlest and most caring support by the super maternity staff. Over the years we have had to go to the hospital for all sorts of things and my grandad (Nanaji) goes to the Bright unit for his dialysis 3 days a week.

The staff do a great job but they can't dedicate somebody to stop the fistula bleeding so sometimes Nanaji comes home and his fistula is still going and we have to stop it at home. 

The money we collect through this fundraising will go to supporting the dialysis unit in their need for staff and equipment and help them to continue to deliver their exceptional level of healthcare.
