Hey everyone!!! WE, Ayla and Dion are walking 13 miles on Sunday 2nd of June with Free Radio's Walk For Kids. The walk is in aid of raising money for 4 brilliant charities and we would like to contribute as much as we can. Acorns offers a network of care and support for children and young people who are unlikely to reach adulthood and their families. Acorns is a home-from-home hospice for life-limited children which provides the children a place to stay for short breaks, emergencies and end of life care.

Promise Dreams is a children's charity based in Wolverhampton, raising funds to realise the dreams of children with serious or life-debilitating or life-threatening condition.

Hope House Children's Hospice

Hope House Children's Hospice provides care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families within Shropshire. A range of services is offered including respite, end-of-life care and support at hospice or within the family home.

Russells Hall Hospital

Russells Hall Hospital treats children from all over the Black Country. The money raised from Walk For Kids will held to fund the hospital a Giraffe Incubator, one of the most advanced, microenvironments available. With integrated scales; thermal warming lamp and special mattresses, the bed has everything a baby needs. The money raised will also provide the hospital with a selection of books, directly aimed at children to explain various illnesses, how they affect the patient and how they are treated. These books are invaluable -  and in short supply.
