Story

Following completing a Half Marathon, I have decided to take on a bucket list challenge which is to run the London Marathon. I am delighted that I have been given this opportunity. I am immensely thankful for the words of encouragement, donations and support I have received from everyone to date on these challenges.

I am running the London Marathon for Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital Charity. This is a hospital who have supported a friend of mine through a difficult time. The hospital has a beautiful garden which has a very touching story. The garden has been a blessing for the patients during the coronavirus pandemic.

I actively seeked to run for the charity as I wanted the charity which I ran for to mean something to me to give me the motivation and to give back for the terrific job which they did. It is a huge honour to run for this charity and I feel that I can wholeheartedly promote this charity and I hope you will feel the passion through this description and join me in fundraising for them.

Big love,

Ayesha
