Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In March 2015, Mary was diagnosed with Leukaemia, and straight away she began her treatment fighting it, this treatment included receiving an unrelated bone marrow donor transplant in July 2015. Since then she has been battling the side effects of the treatment and difficulties that come with it.
This year I've decided that with the help of family and friends I'm going to spend the next year giving back. It's no longer about me, it's about giving back. I shall be spending the year doing my best to give back, with the main focus I want to raise money for Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust Ireland. We shall be taking part and arranging different events throughout the year so I've set up this JustGiving page to spread the word.
Christina.
All proceeds go to the Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust, affiliated to St James Hospital, Dublin whose apartments Mary and others like her are able to use while keeping close to the hospital.
