I am participating in this year's Tough Mudder challenge which is a 10-12 mile-long obstacle course designed by the Special Forces to test my all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.

This is all in aid of the Kiss It Better appeal which is an initiative to raise money for research into the causes and treatment of childhood cancer - the biggest disease affecting children today.
