Dwi’n cerdded neu redeg 870 milltir rhithiol - pellter llwybr arfordir Cymru yn ystod 2021, yn bennaf er mwyn rhoi hwb i fynd allan o’r tŷ bob dydd yn ystod y cyfnod sydd ohoni. Mis i fewn i’r her a dwi wedi penderfynu defnyddio’r cyfle i godi arian i Felindre sydd wedi, ac yn parhau i roi’r gofal gorau i mam a nifer fawr o gleifion eriall. I’m walking or running 870 virtual miles during 2021 - the distance of the Wales Costal Path, mainly as a boost to get me out of the house everyday during these strange times. One month into the challenge and I’ve decided to use the opportunity to raise funds for Velindre which has, and continues to provide the best care for mam and numerous other patients.
