It's been a while since Minion and I fundraised and this appeal is very close to home and our hearts. 

Living through a global pandemic has not been easy for us all and it's been a greater struggle for vulnerable communities. 

Winter now has made it's way; It's a time of year vulnerable families, elderly dread more and feel blue 😔 Harsh for those living on the brink of poverty and isolation. The impact of the cold weather can drive an individual to despair... So imagine if you had young child(ren) you're unable to keep warm at night... Elderly parent(s) whom cannot afford a hot meal or warm clothing 😭💔

WE NEED YOUR HELP 💪🏽To protect and support single parents; children growing up without a mother and or a father. Our elderly, isolated from their communities this winter 😢

With fuel poverty blighting 2.5 million households in the UK, many of which have primary breadwinners in work, HHUGS families don’t stand a chance. Some have no income at all, and have likely had their assets confiscated. Burdened by debts and often even facing eviction, they struggle to survive on the bare minimum. Now with the onset of a winter predicted to be the coldest we’ve seen in decades, they will be struggling against hypothermia, exposure and sickness, on top of everything else 🥺

Collectively, we can make a difference and potentially even 'SAVE LIVES! 'Let's warm hearts of the vulnerable this cold winter... 🤗
