Today on 26/08/2022 I have woken up to some horrendous images of victims of the floods in Pakistan. I am deeply upset and saddened by the sure circumstances and situation and decided I needed to do something to make a difference and I have planned a 10k run in 1 month time with no preparation. 

I can imagine it will not be easy but I can not sit and watch something had to be done to make a difference this is my bit to help save a life.

Over the years most of you have supported me well with all my fundraising but this has to be one of the most important and life changing for the people of Pakistan, it is clear that more people have been affected by these floods than those affected by the previous earthquakes, the affects will be long lasting let’s do our bit.
