Story

As many of you know, or perhaps you don't, Averie suffers from a condition caused from the partial deletion of chromosome 22q. This has led to her needing several operations over the past four years to try and correct an issue with her soft palate. Averie is due to have another operation very soon that we hope will finally correct this issue but there may be need in the future for others.

The charity Max Appeal provides information and support to families affected by DiGeorge syndrome, VCFS and 22q11.2 deletion. We have benefited from their information and support over the years since Averie was diagnosed and as a result Averie wanted to raise money for them so they can continue to provide help to other families and children.

Averie would like your sponsorship to support her in having her first significant haircut. As well as raising money for Max Appeal Averie will also be donating the significant amount of hair that she is having cut to the Princess Trust that provides children suffering from Cancer with real hair wigs.

Kelly's Hair & Beauty in Sprinfield, Chelmsford has kindly agreed to prepare and cut Averie's hair for the Princess Trust.

Any donation would be very much appreciated.
