Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Since the start of 2017, Autovista Group has supported UNICEF.
Over the past three years, thanks to the enthusiasm, support and hard work of Autovista Group employees we have raised over £150,000, ensuring that children across the world have access to education, healthcare and a safe environment in which to grow and develop.
We are fundraising because Unicef urgently need funds to expand the scale and scope of their work supporting children affected by coronavirus, especially in countries with weaker health systems. Just £30 could provide a full kit to protect a health-worker on the frontline, including gloves, masks and coveralls, while just £43 could help provide 1,680 pairs of disposable gloves for health workers.
The impact of a large-scale outbreak of coronavirus on children, especially poor and vulnerable children, has been immense. Children are at risk from the disease, but also from the disruption to health and education services, impacts on caregivers, and separation from family members. Unicef has been working closely with governments and the World Health Organization (WHO) since the start of the coronavirus outbreak.
In 2021, the Group is aiming to raise a further £20,000 for UNICEF to help them in this initiative. Last year, our staff raised an amazing £18,483 for UNICEF. Please get behind them and help us raise vital funds to support UNICEF. All donations made to my page will help to limit the spread of the virus and reduce the impact on children and families.
Thank you!
