Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Rhys was diagnosed with a benign tumour 2 years ago. As it was deemed to be benign and not of any major concern, the only treatment was to monitor him carefully. Sadly, somewhere along the line, it clearly became malignant and turned into a very aggressive, high grade tumour. Little could be done and after major surgery to remove the tumour, sadly it grew back within a matter of weeks and spread to his neck and spine. Throughout the last few weeks of his life, Rhys was his usual positive, polite, considerate, funny, charismatic and loveable self.
Rhys was loved by so many and will be desperately missed by friends from Working Mums, East Sheen Primary, Claremont Fan Court, Esher College and work colleagues at the Coop and Nuffield Health.
He will also be fondly remembered by loving neighbours and friends from where we’ve lived in Putney, Thames Ditton, Claygate and more recently, Banstead.
He is especially loved by his family who includes grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, godparents, half brothers, nieces and nephews. No one will love and miss him more than me, his mum. I'm so proud to have raised such a beautiful soul.
A young life gone too soon. Rest in eternal peace.
