Story

Hey :)

Please help me to raise money for Mountbatten: the charity helps people and their family living living on the Isle of Wight through end of life care and bereavement support.

Why the Isle of Wight ?

My friend Poppy and I had for ambition to walk 26 miles across the Isle of Wight to discover her lovely native island while supporting a charity important to her.

Although it seems I won't be able to set foot on the island for the first time just yet, the charity encouraged participants to walk the wight "their way" and raise money for Mountbatten.

that's why and until the end of may, I will be completing the distance as part of my daily exercise along with... making (and eating of course) 26 cakes: one for each mile.

If you would like to suggest a recipe for a cake as part of your donation, I'll be happy giving a go and sending you a picture of the result :)

Merci, Danke, Gracias, Obrigada, thanks,

Audrey
