We help blind and partially sighted people to break down the barriers of sight loss

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Audiogame Jam JustGiving page.

As someone with serious sight-loss I've often required the aid of RNIB. They've helped me get the equipment and software needed to study at university, apply for disability-related entitlements, and  prepare for employment with sight loss. Audiogame Jam is my attempt to help RNIB provide those and other services to others like me.

What is a game jam?
A game jam is an event in which small teams of game developers build game prototypes over a fixed period of time. In the case of the Audiogame Jam these games should be playable by people without sight.

About the charity

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
