Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

During the weekend of 17th-19th September 2011, I will be joining a group of friends and take up the 3 Peaks Challenge to climb the highest peaks of each of Great Britain's three mainland countries: Ben Nevis in Scotland (4,409 ft), Scafell Pike in The Lake District (3,209 ft) and finally Mount Snowdon in Wales (3,560 ft).

As I finalise my preparations for a weekend involving over 26 miles of ascent and descent (!), it would mean ever so much if you would kindly sponsor me, no amount too small - it all counts!

I am raising money for Keswick Mountain Resue, who rely entirely on public donations. There is no Government funding, and none of their members are paid. All the money from your donation will go solely to running the team, who are operational day and night in good weather and bad 365 days per year.
