Please join me and the ATP Health and Fitness Norwich team for my Group Fitness Fundraiser for Ukraine on Sunday 22nd May at The Nest, Holt Road, Norwich NR10 3AQ
On the day there will be eight different group exercise classes run by the ATP Health and Fitness Norwich team for you to join in with!
Simply donate a minimum of £5 per class via this fundraising page and then using the schedule and links below go and book your classes. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR FULL NAME when you go to donate!
All proceeds go to charity!
If you are having trouble with booking your classes using any of the links below just head over to our booking site - www.myfitune.io/atpfitness then go to the 3 horizontal lines in top left, click ‘schedule’ and then next to the date hit the right arrow button and keep going until you get to the week commencing 16th May then scroll down to Sunday 22nd May and book your classes for free! But please please be honest and make sure you donate accordingly before you book your classes. Thank you!

All fitness abilities are welcome and if you have any injuries or health issues please let your instructor know on the day before your class starts.
As I said before you will need to donate a minimum of £5 per class prior to booking your classes.
Please bring a bottle of water on the date and you will need a mat or a large towel for every class exempt Keep Fit, HIIT and Combat.
There will be a cafe in the main building open on the day too.
