Story

On behalf of Sarah Matthews, Lorna Smith, Mark Smith, Kerstin Ochel, Doreen Burton, Madeleine Cumming, Maria Yadegar, Patrick Slavin and Rachel Maunder, thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

As well as supporting each other in business, Athena Network members are also keen to support the member charities, so when our Brainwave member asked for someone to 'do something out of the box' to raise funds, abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower seemed like a good idea. Since that day, it looks as though the tower has got even higher!

Some of the team have abseiled before but for some this is a massive challenge which will be made all the more worthwhile if we can raise our target. It costs around £3,500 for one child to be helped by Brainwave for one year.

We know that everyone has their own charities that they like to support, but if there's anything you can donate to help us help the children supported by Brainwave then that would be amazing.

If you need anything to convince you about the value of the work they do then please have a quick look at the video.
