We provide mental health treatment to veterans from every service and conflict
Story
A group of mad Ashford Tri Club members will be taking part in Brighton Marathon 2016 wearing military style boots and carrying a rucksack weighing 26.2kg (very heavy). They will be stopping at every mile to complete 26 reps of various exercises chosen from a predefined list by those people donating £26.00 or more. To choose an exercise challenge for us to complete visit the facebook site https://www.facebook.com/BrightonMarathon2016VeteransChallenge choose your exercise from the list and post that you challenge us to complete that exercise and that you will donate £26.00 via this page then complete your donation here. The exercises will be undertaken in order of being set by donors so if you are the 13th person to do so that exercise will be done at the 13 mile point on the course so you can come out to cheer us on. All other donations no matter how small are welcome and gratefully recieved. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you cheering us on at Brighton on the day.
