The cost of living crisis, with increased food and energy bills, will detrimentally impact upon thousands of households this winter.  In direct response, EECF aims to significantly increase the reach of their Winter Appeal and they hope to distribute 3,000 winter packages both to vulnerable older people and to families experiencing significant need.

EECF have launched a fundraising campaign to fund packages ranging in value from £25 to £50 for the most vulnerable pensioners and families across Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.  The packages will be made up of a combination of food parcels and care packages to include a supermarket or energy voucher.
