Story

I have chosen the charity British Heart Foundation as I lost my nana suddenly to a heart attack,  my wife's family have also had loss and near scares.

When I lost my grandad many years ago to cancer i signed up for my first half marathon and raised some money, this eventually led to my love of running. At the time of  my nanas death I wasn't currently running so the Full marathon idea was never a realistic thing to do despite wanting to.

The Manchester Marathon 2023  will be my first ever marathon so the challenge will be even tougher. I understand there are lots of people raising money for similar good causes but for those that know me understand achieving this will be a great deal to me.

As little as £5  will be a big contribution if we all club together. Thanks Aston
