ASSET has been established to enhance the experience of patients in acute stroke care and rehabilitation services within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. For those who survive a stroke, for their families and loved ones, life is suspended and a considerable length of time may be spent in hospital.

The appeal also aims to raise awareness for the ongoing support required by those individuals who have suffered from strokes, and to promote a positive message that there is life after stroke.

ASSET aims to raise £100,000. Making a donation now will make life just a little more comfortable for those who are going through this debilitating and frightening experience.

Any money donated through this page will be transferred directly to the ASSET fund in Cardiff and Vale UHB's bank account and Gift Aid will be reclaimed if you are a UK taxpayer. Thanks.
