I am running the London marathon to raise funding and awareness for the Christie hospital who have been fantastic in helping my brother and grandad beat cancer. 

I am running the marathon not just for my brother but for everyone who has been impacted by cancer..

Unfortunately, we all have a story through cancer in one way or another and going through it ourselves as a family with my brother Ben, I never realised the amount of support you receive from people near and far. The outreach of people from close friends, to primary school classmates, colleagues, family, people from holidays around the world to name a few was truly unexpected and really did help with the emotional impact. 

This is why I want to run for a fantastic cause with everyone's message.
