Claire and myself will be trying our best to complete the 13.1 long and painful miles of the Great North Run on Sunday 05/10/08 in aid of the Morrisons charity of the year which is Childline and Help The Aged.

We are attempting to do this despite being very fat and unfit so the very least you can do is give generously to this very good cause.
