On the 10th of February 2022 I will be running an ultra marathon in the Arctic Circle Sweden.  The run lasts for 5 consecutive days and is 230km / 142miles and can experience daytime temperatures as low as -40 degrees c.

BTU describe, 'The days are short, runners should expect long periods running in darkness, following a marked route by head torch'.

The race is self sufficient and you are responsible for carrying your entire kit, food, safety equipment and water. 

I would love for you to support my chosen charity Children’s Bereavement Centre.  Their work is outstanding  in supporting local children and their families affected by death and terminal illness.
