I am raising money for Barnsley hospice in memory of my Nanan Edna Hyde who sadly passed away in december 2012. My Nanan volunteered at Barnsley hospice for a number of years after her retirement and it became a big part of her life which she enjoyed. I am raising money for Barnsley Hospice as a way of carrrying on her good work and honouring her memory.

Barnsley Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care and support to hundreds of local people and their families each year.  Our main priority is to achieve the best possible quality of life for patients with a life limiting illness, whilst supporting their families, during the period of illness and bereavement. As a specialist care provider, the range of skills they offer include, pain and symptom management, emotional support and end of life care
