Story

Hi Everyone, Thanks for taking a peek at my Just Giving page for the Zip Slide across the Clyde that I am doing on the 12th September 2010 in aid of Epilepsy Scotland. I hope you can help with my fundraising for this and even come and give me some support on the day!!!

As Events organiser at work There was an idea put to me about doing this zipslide so I sent round an email in work and now we have 38 people in total from my office taking part which is fantastic.

Nearly 40,000 people living in Scotland have epilepsy. Children and older people are most at risk of developing this common serious neurological condition but anyone can develop epilepsy at any time – and 8 people a day in Scotland do. Epilepsy Scotland want to make sure the needs of people with epilepsy are met. This is why they campaign for improved healthcare, better information provision and an end to stigma. We are also wearing our pants outside our clothes to say pants to stima which is this years theme.

Well thanks for taking the time to read this & dig deep :) xxxx
