September 30th 2022 i will be travelling to Marrakech to hike 50km in the High Atlas Mountain in the hope to raise money and awareness for
Breast Cancer Now | The research and care charity. 

I won't be travelling alone, Robyn (my step sister) will be completing this challenge alongside me, supporting each other along the way. 

Day 1 –London to Marrakech – Trek Imlil to Foussarou - 10km. The trek will begin from Imlil (at 1740m) over the pass of Tizi Tamatert (2279m) and head to Foussarou to camp near the village of Tachddirt. Overnight wild camp.

Day 2 – Foussarou to Tizi Oussem – 25km
Starting from Foussarou and passing by the villages of Tachddirt, Ouanskra, Tamguist, Tinoughrin and Ikkis, until we reach a river, cross the river and trek over the Aguersioual Pass (2050m) to get to Aguersioual village, pass by Tisgharin, Matat and walk over Tizi Oudite (2200m) to reach the beautiful Azzaden Valley where we camp at Tizi Oussem.  Overnight wild camp.

Day 3 – Tizi Oussem to Imlil then Marrakech – 15km
The final 15km of the challenge trekking from Tizi Ouussem towards Azib Tamsoult along the riverbed before heading north to Tizi Mzik. This will be the final descent before reaching Imlil village. 

Day 4 – Homeward bound
After breakfast, we will have time to do some shopping and finish off with lunch in a rooftop restaurant, overlooking Marrakech.
