Over a million Australians are currently experiencing an eating disorder, and less than a quarter are getting treatment or support. I wonder how many more go undiagnosed or struggle with disordered eating symptoms that fall just short of a diagnosis.

Eating disorders are complex psychological illnesses and need specialised, dedicated treatment and support. This support doesn’t yet exist in Australia. It is close but it needs your help to get off the ground. After a 14-year long struggle against bulimia and binge eating disorder, I am now well and truly on the road to recovery. I would be grateful if you would join me in helping to make that road a hell of a lot easier and shorter for others.
