My whole family have been involved with St John for years! They provide a truly amazing service for the community in so many different ways. 

First aid and pre-hospital medicine are literally lifesaving skills that they not only use day to day, but it’s skills theyll teach to anyone willing to learn. Something I am passionate more people try! 

I have no doubt we have all been helped by them at one point in our life! 

St John Cymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿  are celebrating their 100th year and as such I am 1 of a 100 runner’s attempting the Cardiff half marathon to raise money ‘for the greater good’!  I’ll enjoy a pint of lager afterward too...
